Strategy

Often, one of the most misused and misunderstood terms; strategy can take many forms depending on the level and scope of the problem being considered. “Being strategic” can mean everything from prioritizing an action plan, to articulating a transformative process across an international organization, or even defining an approach to tackling a complex global phenomenon. While the exact term that should be used in each of these instances may be different, the purpose in using this term is usually the same: how to use finite resources to achieve maximum impact.

Change

Partnership

In Samdani Consulting we look at Partnership from two perspectives: for the first, you may note that we do not use the term client, we say partner. For us, partnerships based on Integrity are essential for any meaningful impact. We are not focused on ‘selling’ our services to clients, but on establishing meaningful relationships with stakeholders who are all focused on making meaningful changes to the lives of people. That doesn’t mean our support is free of course, but it does mean that for us the purpose and values of the partnership are primary and paramount. Our remuneration is secondary yet necessary for our ability to function and serve our purpose.
